Bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, account closure, and potential legal action.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of md888 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of our licensing jurisdiction. However, we reserve the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction.
